What does click & collect mean?

With Click & Collect your shopping experience becomes even more pleasant.

You can still shop with us from the comfort of your own home or on the go at craemerco.de and pick up your order from our flagship store in Nuremberg.

Please note:

Your order will be processed on working days, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day within the stated times.

During this time frame, an appointment will be arranged with you in the following staggered schedule:

• 10am-12pm
• 12-2pm
• 2-5pm

To collect your ordered goods from the store, a Crämer & Co employee will contact you by email or telephone,
to arrange an appointment with you.

Flexible collection instead of waiting for the parcel service

If we receive your order by 11:59 p.m., you can collect your order on the next working day at your agreed time at the following address:

When will I see click & collect?

If your delivery address is within the postcode area of ​​our flagship store in Nuremberg,
In addition to the shipping method: DHL, you will also see the option: Click & Collect.

Why am I charged shipping costs?

If your order consists exclusively of discounted items, or the minimum purchase value of €50 is not reached, a service fee of €2.95 will be charged.

A free return label from DHL is included with your order.

If you return the entire order, the service fee will of course be refunded.

Can I also return my item to the store?

To return the item in store, please send an email stating the order number to the following email address: onlineshop@craemerco.de

As with the pickup, Crämer & Co employees will contact you to arrange an appointment.

An uncomplicated return is possible via DHL with the free return label that is included with your order.
