Terms and Conditions for the Customer Loyalty Program
1. Publisher/Operator
The publisher/operator of the customer loyalty program is CRÄMER & CO GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Crämer"), Brunnengasse 3-9, 90402 Nuremberg/Germany, E-mail: contact@craemerco.de
2. Participation Requirements
2.1 Only natural persons with a residence in the EU or Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of their participation are eligible to participate.
2.2 The participant is obliged to provide complete and truthful information. Participation with fake identities is not permitted. Crämer reserves the right to exclude participants from participation due to false information or attempted manipulation.
2.3 To participate in the customer loyalty program, the participant must first open a customer account before registering for the customer loyalty program. Please note that a separate customer account must be opened for participation in the physical store and for participation in the online shop.
2.3.1 The customer account for the online shop is opened via the page https://www.craemerco.de/account/register. There, the participant can also register for the customer loyalty program of the online shop.
2.4 By completing the respective registration for the customer loyalty program, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. Crämer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Participants will receive written notification of any changes in advance at their registered address. If no objection is made to the publisher within 6 weeks, the changes will be deemed approved.
2.5 There is no entitlement to participate.
2.6 The customer account and the benefits obtained within the framework of the customer loyalty program may not be used by third parties.
2.7 Changes to the data provided by the participant in the application form must be communicated to the publisher immediately in text form.
3. Participation
The customer's participation occurs automatically through purchases in our physical store and in our online shops, provided the customer has opened a customer account for each. In the physical store, the participant must provide their name and the email address used for registration in the customer loyalty program at the checkout so that purchases can be recorded within the framework of the customer loyalty program. For orders in the online shop, the customer must be logged in with their customer account when placing the order. If an order is placed as a guest, purchases will not be recorded within the framework of the customer loyalty program for data protection reasons and cannot be recorded retroactively!
4. Marketing Activities (only possible with extra consent)
4.1 20% Birthday Discount Voucher Participants who provide their date of birth during registration will receive a 20% birthday discount voucher by post, provided their last purchase was not more than 4 years before their birthday. This voucher must be redeemed within 4 weeks.
4.2 3% Loyalty Discount Voucher For every purchase made by the participant in the Crämer store and the Crämer online shop, the value of regular (i.e., not discounted) goods purchased (calculated sales price of purchased items after deduction of any discounts granted, excluding shipping costs = bonus-eligible sales) will be recorded in the participant's customer loyalty program account. Participants who achieve a minimum turnover of €667.00 within one year (starting annually on October 16th and ending on October 15th of the following year) will receive a loyalty voucher worth 3% of the bonus-eligible turnover achieved. Sales in the physical store are posted to the customer account for the physical store, and sales in the online shop are posted to the customer account for the online shop. For each customer account, the minimum turnover of €667.00 applies to the respective loyalty discount voucher. If the participant has both customer accounts and has provided the same email address during registration for both customer accounts, the sales from both customer accounts will be added together, and only one loyalty discount voucher will be issued. Example:
Online shop sales €350.00 and physical store sales €317.00
+ same email address for both customer accounts:
Total sales (€350.00 + €317.00 = €667.00)
Customer receives loyalty discount voucher of €20.00 (=3% x €667.00)
+ different email addresses for customer accounts:
Online shop sales (minimum turnover reached) €667.00
Customer receives loyalty discount voucher of €20.00 (=3% x €667.00)
Physical store sales (minimum turnover not reached) -> no loyalty discount voucher. Each voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can only be redeemed in-store. Not redeemable in: Weekendsale Outlet, Newseum Pop Up Outlet, and online shops (craemerco.de and newseum.de). There is no entitlement to cash payment.
4.3 Individual Discounts/Vouchers Crämer reserves the right to conduct further individual benefit promotions for participants at Crämer's discretion. In addition to the general terms and conditions, the specific conditions defined in each case apply to these promotions. However, there is no entitlement to these.
4.4 Combination of vouchers/payment/reversal/complaint the above-mentioned discount promotions/vouchers cannot be combined. There is no entitlement to cash payment of the bonus/voucher amount. In the event of a reversal of goods purchased at a discount using the voucher, only the actually paid purchase price (purchase price after deduction of the redeemed voucher) will be refunded, and the participant will receive their voucher back.
5. Free Services (for all registered customers)
5.1 For each pair of regular (not discounted) jeans purchased at Crämer, the participant receives a free repair by Crämer, within Crämer's capabilities, a maximum of once a year per pair of jeans purchased, but no more than twice in total. This applies to damage due to an accident (e.g., a hole from snagging), but not to damage caused by normal use/wear and tear. If a repair is not possible, there is no claim for a replacement item or other claims. To claim the repair, the participant must prove that it is a pair of regularly purchased jeans (e.g., receipt, Free Service stamp).
5.2 Furthermore, the participant can have their regularly purchased jeans shortened once free of charge within one year of purchase. To claim the shortening, the participant must prove that it is a pair of regularly purchased jeans (e.g., receipt, Free Service stamp).
5.3 For a regular purchase value of €149.00 or more (merchandise value excluding discounted items), the customer may park for free for 4 hours in the Augustinerhof public car park on the day of purchase. To do this, the customer must have their parking ticket validated at the checkout in the men's department. Reimbursement for parking tickets already paid by the customer is excluded.
6. Termination/Ending Participation/Ending Benefit Program
6.1 The participant may terminate their participation in the benefit program at any time without notice by notifying Crämer in text form [via email to contact@craemerco.de, or by letter to Crämer & Co GmbH, Brunnengasse 3-9, 90402 Nuremberg].

6.2 Crämer is entitled to discontinue the benefit program in whole or in part at any time.
